Ever heard that only heat and chemicals can straighten or curl your hair? Two videos that prove that’s not true.

First the amazing wrap method from Aveda.

I do not have both these product, but I have tried the smooth style prep and compared to about a few other smooth and straight stylers (Pantene, It’s a 10 Leave-in with Keratin, and others whose names escape me), it’s a winner. It also has great thermal protection.

And second, Loepsie’s sock bun method for huge bouncy waves! These girl is so cute and gets amazing results.

Now I know both of these methods could be somewhat time consuming, but so is roundbrushing and straightening your hair – and if the method doesn’t use heat or chemicals, then you would have even shinier smoother healthier hair!

What do you think? Have you tried any no-heat, no-chemicals methods of controlling or styling your hair?

    1. Sad thing is I can’t really do either at the moment because I have extensions and really short hair – don’t think I could wrap all one direction that way with extensions. But I do like the Aveda smoother! šŸ™‚
